Tried & Noted operates the Korean blog at ko.giwa.top, the English blog at en.giwa.top, and its project and tool site at blog.giwa.top. This policy covers these three sites; linked classroom applications have their own data practices.

Information processed

  • Basic request and security logs, such as IP address, browser information, requested URL, and request time, may be processed by Cloudflare.
  • Google Analytics 4 may process page views, referring pages, device information, approximate location, and interaction data using cookies or similar technologies.
  • When advertising is enabled, Google AdSense may use cookies or similar technologies to deliver, limit, personalize where permitted, and measure ads.

This site does not provide account registration, comments, or a contact form and does not intentionally collect sensitive personal information from visitors.

QR code generator

The QR tool processes links in your browser. Its application code does not send entered links to a QR API, persist them in browser storage, include them in analytics events, or request the destination. Page-visit analytics and Google advertising operate separately; anyone with a downloaded QR image can read the link it contains.

Purposes and service providers

Data is used to operate and secure the site, understand aggregate readership, improve content, and—after approval—fund the site through advertising. Relevant providers include Cloudflare and Google. Their systems may process data outside your country under their respective privacy terms.

Your choices

You can block or delete cookies in your browser, use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, and manage ad personalization in your Google account. Blocking cookies may affect measurement or advertising features but does not prevent access to the articles.
